Earlier issues with interesting drawings and paper covers; later issues with glossy and/or pictorial covers on heavier stock and illustrated more with historical photographs. This group starts with Dec.1987 (Issue no.3) and ends with Sept.1999 (issue 13th Hole, 3rd Round). Interesting articles and stories on golf and golfing throughout each issue. |
| Includes: 3 issues of the British Golf Collectors' Society Membership Directories for 1992, 1993 and 1994. Also, a few magazine issues with cards and letter correspondences between the Director/Adminstrator (at the time) Charlie Yaws and the magazine editor David White, laid in. Typed letter signed by Peter E. Georgiady regarding U.S. Golf Collectors' Society issues and policies. And one original mailing envelope with special color label for Ryder Cup, Valderrama, Spain, 1997 with two official British Collectors Society rubberstamps and two color British postal stamps showing golfing scenes at the Isle of Man. |
