| An important book of reminiscences of golf of the day, particularly in Perth, from where McPherson hailed. The author reports about what it was like in St. Andrews in the 1840's and the great money matches he watched. Includes chapters on caddies, balls and clubs and the golfers who played golf over 100 years ago. Donovan & Murdoch 3580; Murdoh 514. |
