Third Edition.
Sporting and hunting guide, divided into four parts: A Treatise for Hunting; A Treatise of Hawking and Faulconry; Direct Rules of Fowling...With a short Account of Singing-Birds; Direct Rules of Angling. Also, includes: "The Hunter: A Discourse of Horsemanship: Directing the right way to breed, keep, and train a Horse, for ordinary Hunting and Plates." 98 pp. Published at Oxford in 1685 for Nicholas Cox. Signature of "Lord Audley" on the front preliminary page.
Condition:
Joints rubbed with front joint starting to split, light shelf wear; contents clean with little to no wear; a near fine copy in a nice nineteenth century binding.
