Description:
Approximately 150 pages filled with Corso’s personal scribbles, drawings, poetry, notes, diary entries, personal studies for a number of different poems, etc. 7¾x5, red & beige boards, front printed “Collins One Day Royal Diary 1963,” rear cover with doodle drawings and short captions by Corso in black ink.
Besides drawings/sketches, the front free endpaper is titled and signed by Corso: Notes for "Dream" study, 37 Greek Street, London. There are pages for every day of the year, however, he did not write on each page. He did tend to jump around, writing on some pages, skip a few, write on one, skip some, and so forth. But, it gets much thinner in the later months. Unknown if any of the content here was ever published.
Condition:
Corners bumped, soiling, scattered small stains to covers and page edges; else very good overall.
