9 sumi ink paintings on various papers. Various sizes 11x17" to 13x19". Signed and dated in ink and with his red chop mark (3 different).
Various scenes along the Northern California coast and waterways. Most with locations identified on rear including: The Eel River, Point Reyes Peninsula, Montezuma Slough, Desolation Point, Suisun Bay, Monterey Bay, etc. Wilder Bentley, the noted California poet-painter-calligrapher and composer from Berkeley, was the proprietor and founder of the Archetype Press.
Condition:
Some light wear at edges; near fine.
