Among the items:

• Three autograph letters from R.A. Moody to C.A. Lombard, on letterhead of Union Pacific Rail Road House, relating to the cattle industry, etc., as "Mr. Bishop... having got the cattle 606 head started last Sunday just about one half the number there should be and they are the poorest part of the herd only about 20 Beeves and 100 three year olds so you see there is very ltt to get any money out of before another year..." 8 pages in all. 1873.
• Two autograph letters from Frank Brainard to to H.B. Ijams, on his letterhead as Wyoming Inspector, Union Stock Yards, Chicago, relating to regulating the cattle trade, etc., "...Candidly I think he feels grateful to the Montana people and will serve their interests to the very best of his ability... I think he will cut all my strays but if he thought he could get along without me he he would give us the 'go by'..." 5 pages in all. 1893.
• Autograph letter from Edward F. Richard, R.A. Moody, dated Cheyenne, Oct. 10, '73, regarding financial matters and loans, "...I will not advance any money under the circumstances, and the men will want their pay..." 4 pages.
• Printed election broadside/ticket. Democratic, listing recommendations for various county offices in Wyoming, and especially urging "No Importation of Pinkerton's Blacklegs." 33x25 cm. Silked on verso.
• Four payment vouchers for the Cheyenne & Black Hills Stage and Express Co., partially printed. filled out in ink. 1886.
• Plus a dozen or so other letters, a receipt for a beef contractor, etc.
