[6], ii, 202 pp. Illustrations after paintings, engravings, etc. (Small folio) 12¾x9¾, modern full brown morocco with oval watercolor portrait on ivory mounted on inset in front cover with gilt leather frame presumably from an earlier binding, spine gilt. Original wrappers bound in at rear.

Portrait signed along the left edge, P. Girard.

Condition:

Some foxing, a few tissue guards creased or with tears; fine modern binding.
