Signed by Fidel Castro as Prime Minister of Cuba, by Osvaldo Dorticos Torrado as President, and by the Ministro de Hacienda, i.e. minister of finance, all at the end on the second page, with their initials on the first page. 31.5x21 cm. (12¼x8¼").

Document relating to the export sale of automobiles from Cuba, which was curtailed to maintain some supply of cars on the island in the face of  the U.S. embargo. Today the "classic cars of Cuba" are a quaint aspect of Cuban life, one perhaps under-appreciated by the Cubans themselves.
