[1859]. * Four hand-colored engravings from Lady's Fashion Books of the 19th Century such as Godey's and Peterson's. * Color silkscreen print by Emile Gallois of a woman in fancy dress. 12½x9½. Also includes: Three hand-colored engraved costume plates from various publications: Mexican figures, Russian figures, and a French lady. * Two loose hand-colored engraved plates by William Poole. 14x10¼. Each chipped lightly along edges, one with dampstain along top edge. 1804. * Two chromolithographs of costume, from two different publications; one from a German encyclopedia, and one from a French work on English dress. * One hand-colored aquatint of military dress from the year 1250. 12½x10. [c.1820]. All together 17 costume plates, all but two in matting.
