1½ pp. on both sides of single sheet, text in two columns, being that portion of the pictorial lettersheet "Mammoth Grove Hotel" with the printed text. 9½x8.

This is from the second printing of the lettersheet, as noted in Currey & Kruska 245.

Condition:

Some discoloration, glue stains on verso where previously mounted, withdrawn stamp of Yale University, margins trimmed, chip to top left corner; good.
