Description:
Four items, comprising: Manuscript of a newspaper article, undated, 5½ pages on separate sheets of blue paper, numbered in upper left corner, 10½x8¼, text on recto only. Probably written while Dumas was in Naples. Signed by Dumas on last page. * Autograph Letter, one sheet folded, 8x5½, written on three sides, addressed Chere Altesse, in which Dumas discusses his enjoyment of a previous meeting between himself and the young woman, dated February 11, no year. * Autographed sentiment sheet, 8x3½, , undated. * Lithograph of Dumas, undated, 11x8.

Manuscript with small tears along edge, not affecting text, some creasing, small tear where sealing wax pulled against paper; letter with some creasing, toning and tearing along folds, two small unobtrusive old tape repairs not affecting text; autograph sheet worn with creases and tears along edges; lithograph with foxing, general surface wear; overall very good.
