Very rare program from the west coast premiere of perhaps the most important film of the 1930s. While King Kong made its debut appearance in New York of March 2, 1933 this program is for the March 24th Hollywood premiere at Grauman's Chinese Theatre. The evening's festivities included a live performance "Conceived and staged by Sid Grauman" featuring a "Chorus of Dusky Maidens and African Choral Ensembles".
