First Editions, first printings.

Bound by the Jack Chitgian Bindery (Los Angeles). Nice leather bound set of first editions by a twentieth century classic American author. Scribner books all with their symbol device on the copyright pages, except For Whom the Bells (as issued). Also, all titles after 1929 with the publisher’s “A” code present.

Lot Amendments

Occasional light soiling and other faint wear to contents; mostly near fine to fine; finely bound in full leather.
