Matching pair with aluminum frame and pick-up rod with a 14" long red canvas bag section (where the golf balls are stored) with metal zipper; metal handles with "Bag Shag" embossed. Canvas bag, when empty, slides up and down. A card tag on one of the zipper pulls "Art Armstrong, Golf Professional, Presidio Golf Club, San Francisco..." and on the reverse "Professional Golfers' Association" symbol is printed. Measures 30½" tall from handle to bottom, canvas bag portion approximately 7" wide. Hal Gevertz's name inked on the top and lower portions. Also, bags have plastic name tags for Gevertz and for Bob Healy. [c. 1940's-50's]. * Wooden clock, hand-painted in green, clock face painted white with black numbering 1 to 12, metal hour and minute hands, and with three sliding or pull-out drawers below, golf themed with 4 plastic golf ball with crossed clubs through the balls decorations (3 as handles for the drawers and one on the top frame work), standing on four plastic golf ball shaped legs. Clock motor inside plastic box reachable in the hollowed section behind the clock face. Approximately 11¾" tall, 5¼" from right to left and 2¾" deep. [c. 1980]. Together, over 300 logo balls (inside 4 wooden display racks), a pair of matching bag shags (both still work), and a handsome wooden golf clock.
