4], 80 pp. Illustrated with decorations by Vance Gerry. 9½x6¼, decorative gray cloth, black cloth slipcase. One of 330 total copies printed on Arches Mouldmade paper by Patrick Reagh, this being the "Binder's" copy. First Edition.

Presentation copy to the binder, insscribed by the publishers on the front preliminary page "For Bela & Mariana [Blau] with grateful appreciation for your fine work, from Ralph Sylvester & Stathis Orphanos." Signed by the author on the limitation page.
