Maps show the numerous streets, plot numbers, structures, railroad lines, cemeteries, parks, rivers (including the Delaware River), etc. Double-page maps include: State of New Jersey; topographical map of Hunterdon and Somerset Counties; Junction and Bethlehem; Alexandria; Union and Clinton; Flemington (folding); City of Delaware; the North and South parts of Lambertville plus others. Two Hunterdon County High School Examination Certificates for Ruth Oakes of Clinton, laid in, both dated June 17, 1910 and signed by the Principal; also a few pages of hand-written poetry from Dorothy Oakes and an old business card from the American Hotel in Mauch Chunk, PA, inside an old mailing envelope.
