Front board detached (rear nearly so), spine worn and frayed, most of leather corners chipped off, some soiling and fading to cloth; occasional faint foxing, couple fingering marks and marginal tears, two old previous owner's signatures (one dated 1876); maps near fine and clean with bright colors - worthy of restoration.
