Attractive set of Chaucer's poems. Oddly, the spine numbers to not correspond to the numbers within the volumes, the error of a hurried binder - Vol. I has spine number II, Vol. II has spine number III, Vol. III has spine number IV, Vol. IV has spine number I, with the last two correct. This defect, however, is only apparent upon opening the volumes. With the bookplates of Oliver Burton.
