An impressive and highly ornate document with engraved vignettes of flags, an eagle and implements of war. Embossed blue paper wafer seal affixed in left margin. Framed with engraved portrait of Lincoln. Lincoln’s signature is a medium brown.

Condition:
Light soiling, with original folds and some light wear. Seal is cracked and chipped. One vertical fold passes through the “co” of Lincoln’s signature.
