The first American edition, limited to only a 100 copies. According to Shifreen & Jackson, "Ben Abramson intended to bring out a 500 copy edition...with the first 100 copies in a deluxe, signed edition. Printed by Nate Roth in later summer of 1945, only 100 bound copies were initially available." As usually, the limitation page states that this is one of 500 copies, "This is copy No.___".
