Important treaty between the U.S. Government and the "Chiefs, Headmen, and Warriors of the confederated tribes of the Sac and Fox Indians," whereby the Indians cede a reservation of 400 sections of land to the U.S. in exchange for monetary considerations which would allow the tribes "to pay their just creditors." This is a rare large-paper copy of the treaty, of which only 75 copies seem to have been printed.
