70 (of 72?) pp. Profusely illustrated from photographs and wood engravings. 9¾x12, modern cloth.

The illustrations include the "Public Buildings, Prominent Business Blocks, Beautiful Homes, Portraits and Biographical Sketches of Leading Citizens." With slip of T.H. Clewell, "Exclusive Agency for the Sale at Retail" of the book, inserted before title-page. Because 70 pages is an unusual count (72 pages makes the signatures come out even), possibly missing the last leaf.

Condition:

Title-page extensively tape repaired, occasional marginal repairs and chips within, final leaf with 2 to 3" of fore-edge torn off, overall very good, sold as is.
