Reprinting of the "Proceedings of the Town Council of San Francisco," pp. 47-219, first published in four parts, continuously paged, 1849-1850. This copy was specially bound for Henry Perrin Coon, who was mayor of San Francisco from 1863-67. The binder ticket of Barling & Kimball, San Francisco, is affixed to the front pastedown, and the small bookseller's label of John Howell, Importers, is on the rear pastedown. Greenwood 1364.
