[iv], 207, [1 errata]. Seven folding engraved plates at rear. (4to) 29.5x21 cm (11½x8¼") period full red morocco, decorative gilt borders, spine gilt, gilt-rolled board edges, blue silk endleaves, all edges gilt. First Edition.

Very rare treatise on Cocconcelli's designs for bridges over the Taro (finished in 1821) and the Trebbia (1825). Cocconcelli was professor of Civil Engineering at the University of Parma. OCLC/WorldCat locates three copies in North American institutional holdings and a further six copies in European collections. No copies appear in book auction records since 1933.

Invoices are sent out the day following the auction and include a $10 handling fee plus actual shipping and insurance charges.
