Significant data on Alaska weather, and more. Warren Heckrotte describes: "Pages 1-162 are devoted to meteorology; pages 163- 374 to Partial list of Charts, Maps and Publications relating to Alaska and the Adjacent region, from Puget sound and Hakodadi to the Arctic Ocean, between the Rocky and the Stanovoi Mountains." The Coast Pilot of Alaska, Part 1, was published after this appendix, in 1883.
