Pp. A-Q (incl. front pastedown); [31]-623, [1] pp. Double-page map. Advertisements at front and rear, and on several inserted leaves. (8vo) 22.2x14.5 cm (8¾x5¾"), original leather-backed printed boards, spine lettered in gilt.

The double-page map is "Mills' FOB. Map of Denver ..." from Mills Engraving Company. With label of Wells, Smith & Macon, Attorneys at Law, Denver, Colorado, affixed to front cover, their name in ink on front cover and front pastedown. Previously in the collection of the Sutro Library, San Francisco, with rubberstamp in top margin of title page and a few other places.
