Rare promotional brochure for the town of Coolidge, Arizona, about midway between Phoenix and Tucson, founded in 1925 in anticipation of the completion of the San Carlos Irrigation Project and the Coolidge Damn. There would be plenty of water to raise Alfalfa, Cotton, Lettuce, Spring Lambs, etc., And it is near the Casa Grande Ruins. OCLC/WorldCat does not list any copies. With rubberstamps of the Coolidge Development Co. on front and rear wrappers.

Invoices are sent out the day following the auction and include a minimum $10 handling fee plus actual shipping and insurance charges.
