Considered to be Grey's most popular novel. Included are 2 copies: a first state with the copyright information in the center of the copyright page and including “Published January, 1912”; and a later state copy with a box containing further titles by Grey.

Condition:
Some wear and soiling to cloth, rubbing to cover labels and extremities; early ownership signatures on front pastedowns, fist state with foxing to frontispiece, light foxing to title page, front hinge cracked on later state copy; both volumes very good.

Invoices are sent out the day following the auction and include a minimum $10 handling fee plus actual shipping and insurance charges.
