[iv], 134, +8 ad pp. Errata slip tipped in at front. 29x23.5 cm (11¼x9¼") original green boards, paper spine label, custom cloth chemise and green morocco backed slipcase. First Edition.

Recounts the 1778 Wyoming Valley Massacre. Tipped to the front free endpaper is a two page autograph letter, signed to Scottish author John Galt expressing regret at his inability to be able to provide a requested writing. Letter dated 3 March 1815. Very rare in the original untrimmed state.

Invoices are sent out the day following the auction and include a minimum $10 handling fee plus actual shipping and insurance charges.
