The directors were Dr. and Mrs. Edmund Houghton Sawyer, Navarro, Mendocino County, California. Six weeks in the country cost $200, a substantial sum, adjusted in manuscript, since this 1921 brochure was being used in 1923, with prices having risen. Application form laid in, with deposit raised to $50, and date inked in as 1923. With mailing envelope, sent from Glendale, California, to Pasadena. No copies of this brochure are listed in OCLC/WorldCat.
