The Fifth Annual Universal American Almanack by "Andrew Aguecheek" (the pseudonym is taken from the character in Twelfth Night), containing a wealth of information and entertainment.  In addition to the calendar, the present issue includes tables for calculating meat prices and personal income and expenses; lists of Quaker meetings, fairs, roads from Philadelphia, and North American courts; a "brief chronology" of important events, relating primarily to the New World; and a variety of poetry, maxims, anecdotes, and essays, including a "true and particular History of Free-Masonry, shewing its first rise, what it is, and how it first came to be."  The woodcut illustration, "The Anatomy of Man's Body, as govern'd by the Twelve Constellations," appears on page [3].
