All volumes are inscribed to Theodore LeVino, most are dated 1930. Three of the volumes include a drawing along with the inscription. Theodore LeVino is the son of Albert S. LeVino, a screenwriter friend of Lofting's. Theodore is the father of the current owner and consignor of the volumes. Scarce inscribed first editions from Lofting.

• Doctor Doolittle's Circus. Inscribed and signed on the front flyleaf with a drawing of a snake. 1924.
• Doctor Doolittle's Zoo. Inscribed and signed on the front flyleaf. 1925.
• Doctor Doolittle's Caravan. Inscribed and signed on the front flyleaf with a drawing of a man in a hat, dated 1930. Front blanks reinforced with tape; about good only.
• Doctor Doolittle's Garden. Inscribed and signed on the front flyleaf with a drawing of a man, captioned "The author in the year 1930." 1927.
