Bound into a mixed-media wrap featuring a silkscreen collage of articles from Polish newspapers in the days after Milosz's death. Housed in a folded black card case, printed in silver. No. 100 of 250 signed and numbered copies. First and only edition.

Author's presentation copy, inscribed by Heaney to Jack Elliott Myers, American poet and educator: "For Myers with love , Seamus - 20 May 2005." Also signed by Heaney at the colophon. Heaney selected Myer's work for 1985 National Poetry Series. Published to commemorate the death of the Nobel Prize winning poet Czeslaw Milosz on 14 August 2004, this work features an essay, and two poems by Heaney, one of them published here for the first time.
