Photographs measure approx. 9x25 cm (3½x10").

Captivating series of photographs, numbered 1 through 22 in pencil on the backs, and with captions and descriptions in ink and/or pencil, some dated. Included are Guadalajara street scenes, the American Club there, an outdoor market, the train station, a bull fight in Mexico City, other Mexico City scenes and buildings, an Indian village on the road to the pyramids, the pyramids themselves, floating gardens, and the final photograph is arrival by train in San Jose, California. The photographs were made with a cirkut camera, the only readily available means of making such panoramas. On occasional, the descriptions on the verso identify the locations from which the photographs were shot. The trip lasted from October 3rd to October 17th, 1929. Several of the photographs with rubberstamps on the back of the "Regis Kodak Store, Junto al Regis."
