Four-page manuscript document, on sello quarto (2 conjugate sheets), with rubberstamps dated 1816-1817. 30.5x21.2 cm (12x8").

The case of a ranch called Xixipesco, were the owner paid 60 pesos of rent and 30 pesos to the “rebels” (referring to the insurgents of the Mexican Independence). A dispute between the owner of the ranch and the person who was renting it. They discuss the sums that were to pay as extortion to the Insurgents.

Invoices are sent out the day following the auction and include a minimum $10 handling fee plus actual shipping and insurance charges.
