Plan for the defense of the Mexican borderland states against marauding  Indians, providing detailed plans of defense and attack. One of the challenges in fighting the Indians is that many live in lands in the U.S., which is why is difficult to chase them. On page 12, it is mentioned that it is very important that the families that want to emigrate from New Mexico to Chihuahua, in the wake of the U.S. takeover of their lands, because a useful population for defense would populate the borderlands. Among the invading Indians, the Comanches are mentioned. Only six copies are located by OCLC/WorldCat, and we could find no auction or retail listings.
