The first part is devoted to Europe and its various nations, states and regions; the second part ot the remainder of the earth, with a varying title "Thasaurus Geographicus; or the Compleat Geographer. Part the Second... Asia, Africa, and America..." Included in the latter is a map of the Americas with California an island; "The Isle of California..." and much of North America; Mexico with Central America and the southern half of what is now the United States; plus the continents of Asia and Africa, with separate maps of China, Japan, India, Persia, etc.
