Rare edition of Joseph Blagrave's important work on agriculture and farming. The half-title features ten scenes of farm activities surrounding the engraved title, with variant wording "The Epitome of the whole Art of Husbandry."  OCLC lists only six copies of this edition, four in the British Library, one at the Bayerische Staatsbibliothek, and one at the University of Minnesota.

Invoices are sent out the day following the auction and include a minimum $10 handling fee plus actual shipping and insurance charges.
