Description:

Approximately 25 leaves, most written on rectos only, in red or orange felt pen. Plus an additional 11 pages in black felt pen of what appears to be the first draft of a legal appeal; these latter appear to be in a secretarial hand. In original vintage green canvas binder approx. 11¾x10").

The notes include such random passages as "The investigation was in violation of 4th amendment rights"; "15 teams of police attended the shows given by Lenny Bruce at the Trolly Ho Cafe..." [sic - Tally Ho Cafe?]; "I have been charged with a crime by agents of the State of New York..."

Invoices are sent out the day following the auction and include a minimum $10 handling fee plus actual shipping and insurance charges.
