A promotional book produced by The Hotel Cecil of London, discussing the history, culture, and the arts of the city. Includes a section of sports that covers rugby, fencing, baseball, soccer, and of course, golf. With a nice margin illustration of a golfer at Sunningdale on page 53. Laid in are two programs from the Golf Collector's Society Annual Meeting from 1979 in Akron, Ohio, a program from the 6th gathering of the British Golf Collector's Society held at the Royal Birkdale  (#87 of 100 copies), and a Road Map of Merseyside & North Cheshire from The Royal Liverpool Golf Club.
