No. 206 Coral Red Button-Filler Fountain Pen, Danish Production
No. 206 button-filler, coral red barrel and cap with black endpiece and peaked captop with inset white star, gold-plated "diamond" clip and wide cap band. 134mm. Large 14K gold No. 6 Montblanc circle-vent nib, slight-to-medium flex. One of the more unusual Danish-made Montblancs, particularly in coral red.  Generally excellent condition, gold plating lightly rubbed, imprint a bit rubbed.

-Wallrafen, Stefan & Jens Rösler. Collectible Stars II: Montblanc Writing Instruments from 1946 until 1979. [Cologne: 2001], pp. 88-89.  Scarcity rating of 4 (on a 7-point scale). This example more closely resembles the Danish Montblanc No. 246, except it has the stepped-down section of the No. 206. It's possible, however, that this pen is a modified version of the 246.
