Manuscript regulations valid for two years for holding a slave auction in the General Depository for Slaves (standard holding area for slaves). There are eight regulations listed, including stipulations such as the auctioneer must have a log for the day of the auction, where he must list the name of the slave, the slave owner's name, the auctioneer ("el rematador") does not have any rights regarding discounts or compensation, etc. Dated 1864, good for the following two years starting January 5th, 1865.
