Large archive of Ray Bradbury papers - including drafts, contracts, letters, signed photographs, promo material, and other miscellaneous papers. Many hundreds of pieces in all.

Individual items not cataloged, sold as is. 


  • Large collection of typewritten and holograph letters by Bradbury, mostly concerning projects in progress, sorted in individual folders labeled with the years 1972-77, as well as other miscellaneous correspondence.
  • Copies of agreements, release forms, etc., some signed and with notes and comments by Bradbury.
  • Reviews, promo materials, etc. 
  • Working drafts of stories and essays, some with holographic notes and corrections, including a few typescripts of stories, essays, etc. sent by Bradbury to Lord John Press, some with holograph notes by Bradbury, with a few original mailing envelopes.
  • Galleys and proofs of various Bradbury related projects with corrections, etc. 
  • Eight (8x10") signed photographs of Bradbury (7 are copies of the same photo), as well as a framed photograph of Bradbury on a camel in Egypt with a pyramid and the Sphinx in the background.

We have a full service shipping department to ensure proper packing and safe delivery of purchases at reasonable cost. We are specialists at packing and shipping books and works on paper.   All lots purchased by the same client are combined for shipping in order to keep the cost as economical as possible.  Our preferred method for domestic shipments is UPS Ground but we can also ship via FedEx or USPS Priority Mail. We do NOT ship USPS Media Mail under any circumstances.For international orders we select the most appropriate carrier depending on the value and weight of the items purchased.  We are happy to accommodate special arrangements by request.

Invoices are sent out the day following the auction and include a minimum $10 handling fee plus actual shipping and insurance charges.

Terms and conditions


All accepted bids are contracts and are considered final and non withdrawable.


A buyer's premium of 20% will be applied to all purchases.


The person posting the bids online has to be the person who has registered for the auction.
