Rare circular issued under the auspices of the Gobierno Supremo del Estado de Occidente, regarding the agglutination of Yaqui towns in a "white district." Only one example listed in OCLC, at the University of California Berkeley.

Invoices are sent out the day following the auction and include a minimum $10 handling fee plus actual shipping and insurance charges.
