Details of the newly established railroad. The map is titled "Map showing the Property of the Central Colorado Improvement Company," and the railroad which goes through Herfano and Pueblo to Cañon City. Plate of the Western History Department Denver Public Library tipped to inside front wrapper; their old rubberstamps on verso of title page.

Invoices are sent out the day following the auction and include a minimum $10 handling fee plus actual shipping and insurance charges.
