George Oliver was an English cleric, schoolmaster, topographer and Freemason who wrote nearly two dozen works concerning the order. These three works are all handsomely bound, deserving of repair and bearing bookplates of Sir Nevil Rodwell Wilkinson, a British officer of arms, army author, author and member of the now dormant Order of St. Patrick which became defunct with the emergence of the Irish Free State in 1922.

• The Theocratic Philosophy of Freemasonry, in Twelve Lectures, on Its Speculative, Operative, and Spurious Branches. 1840 (Front joint cracked, 4 cm strip of bottom of spine torn and taped on; front hinge repaired with tape).
• The Antiquities of Free-Masonry; comprising Illustrations of the Five Grand Periods of Masonry, from the creation of the world to the dedication of King Solomon's Temple. 1843 (Front hinge cracked and spine loose).
