18 color plates printed on both sides (the final plates with verso printed in black & white); printed interleaves describing the items and giving prices. The color plates with numbered linen tabs (3 of the tabs are missing). 25.5x37 cm (10x14½"), black cloth lettered in gilt.
Rare trade catalog with each page showing groups of finely packaged toiletries, perfume bottles, etc. This company would later become Avon Products.
With pencil notations on the descriptive leaves stating slight discounts to the prices. Laid in is a flyer, "Price List Effective September 1, 1922". Also laid in is a loose color plate, slightly larger than the other plates and folded, picturing additional merchandise. OCLC lists only two copies, at the University of California Santa Barbara, and the Hagley Museum & Library in Delaware, each differing slightly in number of pages from each other and the copy at hand.
