Autograph Letter Signed, June 21, 1924. 4pp. To a friend in Arlington, Mass. 7x10” oblong. With original mailing envelope.

Each page of the letter, written on rice paper has an original watercolor drawing of a Japanese woman, in classic ukiyo-e style. Takeuchi writes that she was studying Japanese painting, hoped to become an artist, and, some day, to visit Boston.

Invoices are sent out the day following the auction and include a minimum $10 handling fee plus actual shipping and insurance charges.
