Superb study of the Buddhist complex, famous for its Great Stupa, on a hilltop at Sanchi Town in Raisen District of the State of Madhya Pradesh, India. It is located in 46 kilometres (29 mi) northeast of Bhopal. The gravure reproductions of photographs of the architecture and artifacts, printed on fine, thick paper, are accompanied by extensive descriptions. A scarce set, published the year of Partition.

Invoices are sent out the day following the auction and include a minimum $10 handling fee plus actual shipping and insurance charges.
