A Hollywood rarity including interpretive portraits and photomontages of some of the greatest stars in cinema, including Boris Karloff, James Cagney, Gary Cooper, Paul Muni, Edward G. Robinson, Greta Barbo, Bette Davis, and many more. Between 1928 and 1939, Bert "Buddy" Longworth took the bulk of the celebrated stills for the elaborate production numbers of Warner Bros. musicals. A scarce item, with only 6 located by OCLC / Worldcat. Copies are often found in much worse condition, because the binding is fragile.
